Privacy & payment
We never need your legal name.
You pay us, so we have no reason to keep, sell or mine anything about you. That is the whole business model, and it is why the payment works the way it does.
Bitcoin and Lightning
No card, no bank, no legal name. A payment tops up your time with us; nothing renews on its own and nothing is taken again unless you start it.
It also means there is no subscription to remember to cancel. When you stop paying, it stops.
No bitcoin needed
Pay from your app
You do not need to own bitcoin. If you already use Strike, Cash App, Coinbase or Kraken, you pay our invoice from the money in that app, topped up there by card or bank as usual.
Strike
Europe and the US
Pays the invoice straight from your euro or dollar balance.
Cash App
The US
Pays the invoice from the balance in your app.
Coinbase
Europe and most of the US
Pays from your bitcoin balance. Buy the amount there first if you have none.
Kraken
Europe and the US
A Lightning withdrawal from your bitcoin balance, confirmed by e-mail.
Any Lightning wallet
Wherever you are
Phoenix, Wallet of Satoshi, Blink, Alby or any other: scan the code and confirm.
How it goes
Choose your package and order it. The payment page shows the invoice and the apps that work where you are.
Pick your app. On a phone, tap Open in app. On a computer, scan the code with the phone the app is on, or copy the invoice into it.
Confirm in the app. It pays from the balance you already have there.
The payment page shows the order as paid within seconds.
If Strike or Coinbase asks who you are paying, enter Get Closer, the name we trade under.
Good to know
- Your account at the app is your own, and the app checks who you are, not us. We only see that the invoice was paid.
- Not every app works everywhere. Where none of them does, a bitcoin or Lightning wallet you already have pays the same invoice.
- Every package costs less than 1,000 €.
- It is a one-off payment like any other: nothing renews and nothing is taken again.
What we store
- Your e-mail address, so we can reach you.
- Your password, as a hash nobody here can read.
- The addresses your logins came from, so we can tell you when it was not you.
- The mails we sent you, so you and we can read the same history.
- Your orders and payments (amounts and invoice ids, never a wallet of yours).
- Your bot's persona, its settings and the conversations it handles: while your plan runs and for the keep period after it.
What we never ask for
- A legal name.
- A card number or a bank.
- An address.
How long
Login records only as long as they are any use for spotting an intruder. Everything else lives as long as your account does, and deleting the account deletes it.
Where
On machines we run ourselves. Your conversations are drafted by an AI model. The messages your bot writes and reads pass through the model provider we use for that; nothing else of yours leaves the machines we run ourselves.
