We never need your legal name.
You pay us, so we have no reason to sell or mine anything about you. We keep what your agent needs, and this page lists all of it.
What we ask for
An e-mail address and a password to open your account. Never a legal name, a card or a bank. Setting up your agent asks for more; all of it is listed below.

What we store
- Your e-mail address, and your password as a hash nobody can read.
- The addresses your logins came from, for 90 days, to spot an intruder.
- The mails we sent you.
- Your orders: amounts and invoice ids, never a wallet of yours.
- Your brief: your answers, your settings and the texting style your agent learned from you.
- The spot you set on the map, and your last 50 moves.
- The phone number you sign in to Bumble with, until you disconnect. After that, and for Hinge always, only a fingerprint of it, which keeps your device on your own account.
- The contacts your agent may share (your number, WhatsApp, Instagram, Snapchat), as you entered them.
- Your dating profile, the likes and passes, and the conversations your agent handles.
- Chats you upload to show how you text: the pictures are deleted once read, the text stays with your brief until you remove it.
- Your help-chat conversations and the screenshots in them, until you delete your account.
How long
An ended match's photos go after 30 days and her conversation after 90 (longer for one you might bring back: 180 and 365 days). Mail texts are blanked after 180 days. Deleting your account deletes the rest; an order record stays, without your identity.
Where
On machines we run ourselves. To write and to choose, your agent uses an AI model from a provider: the conversations, her profile photos, voice notes and the screenshots you upload pass through it. It is the only outside service your conversations pass through. The mail that tells you about an introduction carries her first name, her photos and a short summary to your own inbox; the browser notice names nobody. A place you search on the map goes to an open map service through our own server, without your account, cookies or IP address.
Delete
From your account page, with your password. It's gone.
